• Bonuses are non-cancellable and cannot be converted to cash

Wagering Requirements

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is set by fb74; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the deadline
• Certain games may not count towards wagering calculations; contact support for details

VIP Program

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Betting Rules

Account Suspension & Closure

fb74 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Required information for identity verification is not provided
• Participation in any prohibited activity
• As required to comply with legal or regulatory authority directives

Account Closure at the User's Own Request

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through the support channel. Any pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed, and the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

Responsible Gaming
